fixes wikimedia-gadgets#1995 - rename 4 modules starting with "friendly" to start with "twinkle" - delete some comments - alphabetize some file lists BEFORE/WHILE DEPLOYING - need to "move" the 4 files on Wikipedia to their new locations, so that the file history is preserved. - need to update MediaWiki:Gadgets-definition
