Update README.md to include information about GitHub Packages and usage instructions.

  • Add instructions for pulling the Docker image from GitHub Packages in the "Quick Start" section.
  • Add a new section "GitHub Packages" with instructions for pulling images from GitHub Packages.

For more details, open the Copilot Workspace session.

I created this Pull Request with Copilot because I noticed my team was looking for your image published in another registry. I saw that you publish it on GitHub, which offers better rate limits than Dockerhub. I believe it would be helpful to include this information in the documentation. Let me know if any manual adjustments are needed!
