[WOO POS] UI tests for product info dialog on the products screen

Description

This PR adds UI tests for Simple Products Only Products Info dialog

Testing information

Ensure the CI is happy - specifically, UI test pipeline is green.

The tests that have been performed

1. UI test to verify Product Info dialog icon is visible on the products toolbar when the Simple products only banner is dismissed.
2. UI test to verify Product info dialog is displayed on icon click
3. UI test to verify Product info dialog is displayed with proper labels
4. UI test to verify Product info dialog is dismissed when close icon click
5. UI test to verify Product info dialog is dismissed when primary button click

• I have considered if this change warrants release notes and have added them to RELEASE-NOTES.txt if necessary. Use the "[Internal]" label for non-user-facing changes.
