Purpose

Resolves [4.4.0] Update Configure ForgeRock as a Key Manager Docs #8561

This PR updates the documentation on configuring ForgeRock as a Key Manager for WSO2 API Manager. The changes include,

Revised steps for ForgeRock configuration and integration with WSO2 API Manager.
Updated screenshots and examples for better clarity.


          Update forgeRock KM related Docs for APIM 4.3.0
