Dynamically Generate Callback URLs in SelfSignUpConsentTest

This pull request includes changes to the SelfSignUpConsentTest class in the tests-backend module to improve the handling of callback endpoints during self-sign up tests. The most changes include removing a hardcoded tenanted callback endpoint and dynamically generating the tenant-qualified URL.

Improvements to callback endpoint handling:

• modules/integration/tests-integration/tests-backend/src/test/java/org/wso2/identity/integration/test/consent/SelfSignUpConsentTest.java: Removed the hardcoded TENANTED_CALLBACK_ENDPOINT and replaced it with a dynamically generated tenant-qualified URL using the getTenantQualifiedURL method in the testInitialSelfSignUpPage test case.
