Fixing certificate revocation validation not working with Java 17

Purpose

This PR fixes the issue in certificate revocation validation not working with Java 17. Certificate revocation validation is not working because javax.security.cert.X509Certificate is deprecated. Hence changed to use java.security.cert.Certificate.
