Have reverted this slightly in #209, removing tests for Node 16. This is because the native test runner is only supported in versions 18 and up. Besides, I think there’s a case to be said for upping minimum support to Node 20… |

The
package.jsonsays we support 16, 18 and 20 - so we should test on all 3 to make sure.
