Currently the documentation for layouts provides an overview of the different options available for each layout type AND tried to demonstrate how the layout looks. This is odd in many ways, bit also means the sub-navigation links disappear on most of these pages.
This PR moves examples into separate pages, leaving the documentation pages to list the front matter options that can be used. Linking to the example pages on GitHub also means we remove the need to repeat the front matter options; once in the frontmatter for an example, and again in the page content.
