I'm not completely up to speed with binary addons build, but won't xz-utils still be built as part of depends? or can users skip this if they build this themselves? |

With the malicious actor changes to upstream xz, make the LZMA library optional. .xz support in vfs.libarchive is limited to opening .xz files.
