YALB-1477 - Bug: Gallery overlay prevents interaction

Description of work

• This branch is for testing purposes only. The actual work is here: YALB-1319 - Bug: Image Gallery - caption cut off | YALB-1473 - Bug: Image Gallery issues with pagination on different browsers and devices component-library-twig#279
• Confirm the gallery overlay no longer affects elements around it, periodically.
• The modal overlay wasn't fully hiding in some instances which prevented interaction with elements around it and prevented re-interacting with the gallery itself.

Functional testing steps:

• Review test page here: https://pr-378-yalesites-platform.pantheonsite.io/posts
• Open and close the gallery several times (using the close button X and the ESC key), each time confirming you can still interact with elements on the page - like the filters below the gallery.

Created multidev environment pr-378 for yalesites-platform.

I tested multiple times in Chrome & Firefox, signed in vs. not signed in, resizing the window along the way. When trying this same process on my org. dev site, the error persists, whereas on the PR, I did not encounter the error at any point.
