Please describe the enhancement you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Adopting code from

When delivery action is initiated, slates should be generated on-the-fly based on the configuration without the need to re-publish versions from DCC. Ideally you select a bunch of shots/assets in AYON, select your delivery templates and other option, select you slate format and hit run.

First stage could use current Loader tool based delivery and even Nuke for generating the slate, but in next phases more universal solution should be made like running it directly from AYON frontend and generating the slate without the use of Nuke (or any licensed DCC).

This needs some analysis about current slate producing methods and align it with other delivery related stuff like:

Related: (but more related to AY-2251) that the same action can be used to generate list (or playlist ➝ timelines to be used in OpenRV or by any OpenTimelineIO enabled host).

How would you imagine the implementation of the enhancemenent?
