How to enable English on Android 5.1 (alternate instruction)

NOTE: changing the language without Root permission (android 4/5 only). Your device must support connection via adb.

Install adb on the PC (https://developer.android.com/studio/command-line/adb.html)
Install moreLocale2 on your TV
Connect to the TV via adb.
Issue next command from PC:
adb shell pm grant jp.co.c_lis.ccl.morelocale android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION
Now, you can use moreLocale2 without Root.
