See commits for the list of vendors for which boards docs are being updated.
Also fixed the logic to extract "short description" from a binding full description

Replace manually authored hardware features table with the new Zephyr
board supported hardware directive which automatically generates an
up-to-date table based on the boards' Devicetree.

Previous implementation was unneccesarily complex, and cutting of
words such as "802.15.4" to "802.".
