This release of telega adds support for Emacs Stories (see the contrib), Sticker Outlines, and fixes several bugs.

Support for tdlib 1.7.0
You will need to rebuild and reinstall td from the 1.7.0 release. From this point on, development on the main branch will only follow the official releases of td, and features will be backported when possible from branches using the master checkout of td.
