  1. native: Add properties on NativeModel for compatibility 

    Adds properties on NativeModel which present the model information
in a way that is closer to the MetabolicModel in psamm-import. This
will allow NativeModel to be used with the functions in
psamm-import until a more permanents model solution has been
developed.
