Hi,

I am looking for snp-calling tools to test how many SNPs could be called in our dataset. And I've already tried Bis-snp and Bs-snper, which are used for WGBS snp-calling.

Biscuit looks to be a cool tool. But from the limited documentation, my understanding is like Biscuit is for methylation call only, not snp call. Is that correct?

Thank you very much for your attention. @zwdzwd @ttriche @zackramjan

Best regards,
Andy Wang
