Port StrongSORT, DeepOCSORT, OCSORT from boxmot library.
This change modify the abstraction layer in src/juxtapose/trackers/track.py to accommodate boxmot models.
REID models used by boxmot library is in .pt format, and is auto downloaded in /model.
