What's New in Version 1.1.0
This release introduces significant improvements and new features to the Weishaupt WCM-COM Home Assistant integration.
New Features:
Additional Sensors Added: New parameters such as burner state, error codes, and pump states are now available.
Improved Communication Handling: Enhanced reliability of data queries to minimize server busy responses and retries.
Error & Warning Code Descriptions: Direct integration of error and warning codes with descriptive plain text for easier troubleshooting.
Detailed Logging for Debugging: Added the ability to enable more detailed logs to help troubleshoot connectivity or data retrieval issues.
Fixes & Improvements:
Polling Interval Adjustment: Fixed issues with polling intervals being ignored. The default polling is now set to every 60 seconds.
Improved Stability: Reduced the frequency of "Server is busy" messages through optimized request handling and rate limiting.
Code Cleanup and Refactoring: General code improvements to ensure better readability, maintainability, and performance.
How to Update:
Download the release and replace the existing files in your Home Assistant custom_components/weishaupt_wcm_com directory.
Restart Home Assistant for the changes to take effect.
