- bump the build to `datasette:latest`. - remove the deprecated `hash_urls` setting. - install `datasette-hashed-urls`.

This needs checking to make sure that it still builds the SQLitedatabase from the CSV files. I've verified that it still builds the CSVs, as expected. |

I can build the SQLite db locally, and run queries to find subjects. |
