Would you please merge the fix to your repository and provide new NuGet package? I faced the same issue in our project.

Please note that the build failed due to some mis-configuration, I guess. The error is:
'"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\120\DAC\bin\SqlPackage.exe"' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Command exited with code 1
