Agenda

  • Use Case Analysis done
    • what are next steps: Christina needs to finish mapping requirements to work areas listed on the second sheet; prioritize or highlight baseline/core requirements within that work - clear our / close out use case issues & open new issue with proposed prioritized requirements & baseline use cases;
    • what to share out: Message to code4lib list or other, soliciting input on the important requirements + use cases ; leave it in the Google sheet, open to commenting / freeze editing only for 'we're done with this' steps.
    • update work plan: starting with tool and data source listing & evaluation, performing evaluation based on our core requirements; NISO thing on controlled vocabs (http://www.niso.org/apps/group_public/download.php/18410/NISO_TR-06-2017_Issues_in_Vocabulary_Management.pdf), has environmental scan but not exactly the same starting place or inspiration for our work scope; identifying gaps more important than "listing them all" (where are there no data sources to perform a certain work requirement); Christina to open starter PR on the Workplan.md with scope / write up of this work area;
  • Logistics / ideas for pulling folks back into next areas of work: emails above will help ; reset the calendar invite to the group (only goes to december currently); aim for April LD4* meeting (christina confirm timeframe of that) for getting first pass of tools & data sources evaluation done (this will be in the PR to the Workplan.md;
  • Questions, Comments, Issues
