VRCPimaxEyeTracker v1.0.0

Added initial support for eye pupil movement tracking and blink detection in VRChat with VRCSDK3 avatars using the 7invensun Droolon Pi1 eye tracker.

This release aims to provide users a means to start creating and testing eye tracking aware avatars that are compatible with the plugin while development is ongoing.

Note that the native library used to process and sanitize the eye tracking data is currently a work in progress and as such you will experience regular glitches and inaccuracies in tracking.
