I added maps for Germany, New Zealand, Finland, Netherlands, Japan, Luxembourg, Montenegro and Sweden. I also added further maps from Austria and Switzerland.
I added also a German readme and made the English readme the default one.
It seems to me that this is an international project, right? So I think if we are going to add these maps and we want the widest possible audience, we should use English as default because most people can understand it.
