Qelm - Alpha Release - V2

This fixes the multi-windowed issues and other GUI operational issues.
CMD window is kept to show any concurrent backend while running the exe.

12/17 Fix - Directory logging removed.

12/19 Issue - Multiple screens upon opening. (Doesn't stop the program from working, the extra screens just need to be closed.)
