This is the first Stable release since 1.20.x. Thank you for the patience in getting this out!
Notable changes since 1.20.3 stable:
- We now require COFH Core installed as a dependency
- Shaft networks now operate at 250 rad/s maximums instead of 1,000 rad/s
- Ability to compile for Java 17 and LWJGL3 thanks to an effort for GTNH support

1.21.6 Testing Release
Changes:
- Signal voltage is now 5.0 volts instead of 50.0 volts. All signal devices have been modified to handle this
- Oscillator, Sawtooth, and Sine function chips now have new voltage to period functions as the old code heavily depended on hard-coded values. This means that it may be easier to get precise frequencies, possibly all the way up to 5Hz for the square and sawtooth and 1Hz for the sine.
