1.21.7 Testing Release

Changes:

• (Hopefully) Fixes lamp supply bug. I messed around with them extensively in Creative and couldn't get anything to crash.
• General kotlinization.

Protip: If you are having issues with shaft networks, please add flywheels directly on the same shaft network as your generators.
