Working Beta.... Hoping to have v1.0 out within the next two weeks. Known issues. Then everything needs to be tested. It's probably 30% tested at this point. Results are what we expect and everything is doing what we expect (for better or worse). Basic functionality works. Approximately 90% of improvements will come in the time handling. Currently it is 97% successful.

Working and optimized version of the Forecast Search Wizard beta (now v1.0). New methodology to extract and process date and time information. New methodology for assumptions. The new methodology consolidates the assumptions and tries to limit the assumptions by using the WMO Header (ddhhmm - which is in UTC time) whenever possible. Code has been cleaned up, documented, and tested (mostly). I will continue to work on more testing for future improvements.
