Working and optimized version of the Forecast Search Wizard beta (now v1.0). New methodology to extract and process date and time information. New methodology for assumptions. The new methodology consolidates the assumptions and tries to limit the assumptions by using the WMO Header (ddhhmm - which is in UTC time) whenever possible. Code has been cleaned up, documented, and tested (mostly). I will continue to work on more testing for future improvements.
