This PR removes the Hindi and Malayalam translations as they are outdated and hasn't been vetted yet.
Also, it removes the redundant English and french strings which aren't being used in the app anymore. However Spanish support isn't present in the app yet.
Tasks:
Once all tasks are complete, it will close issue #554. Related info is present in issue #548.
