No one was absent.
The group started by checking some sample requirements from the previous years.
Based on the observations, the main parts of the requirements are decided.
As the main parts are formed, subtopics are discussed in detail.
Additional points are documented to ask in the PS sessions.
An initial draft that states the user-related parts is written in Google Docs in a screen sharing mode with the efforts of Melih, Omer, Emre Turker, and Ahmet.
Everyone in the group has very actively contributed by stating their ideas during the discussion.
Tasks to-do are formed in terms of detailed sentences of the requirements. A plan of transferring the draft at Google Docs to Wiki is discussed. It is also distributed among the group since the meeting duration was about 150 minutes.
During distribution, each member explicitly explained their task to make everyone well-aware on the requirements.
The group also decided to schedule a new meeting to discuss and write further points on the requirements.
