Agenda:

• Review the Q&A results.
• Discuss any issues or concerns that were identified during the Q&A process.
• Evaluate the current requirements in light of the Q&A results.
• Decide on any new requirements that need to be added to the project.
• Review the mock-ups that have been created for the project and decide a new set for mock-ups.
• Discuss any changes or improvements that need to be made to the mock-ups.

Discussion Notes

• The list of mock-up set created during the meeting was shared among the group members in a way that would create an equal workload.

• Members will work on the common work-spaces on Canva to prepare the mock-ups.

• The preparation of the "glossary" will be discussed again at the next meeting.

• Decided to discuss issues or concerns about mock-ups which are prepared individually, in the next meeting to fix them.

• The platform allows users to select and upload proof of their desired qualifications during the signup process.

• Users can be either e-sports players, developers, or none of the these.

• The platform will have a follow/follower system, and the system will recommend posts based on the user's followed accounts and their likes.

• Tags are not predefined but are custom. Other users can use previously defined tags, and tags can be created during the post creation. Tags can be displayed on both posts and user profiles.

• The reply system will work like in WhatsApp, where only the previous post is displayed.

• The forum section will have various post types; including reviews, guides, experiences, and sports. Each category will have a different color theme.

• There will be no private events.

• Decided to group finding feature will be as explained by Melih Portakal. Details will be more clear when the mock-ups are well prepared.

• Forum posts can be sorted in three ways: recommended, most liked, and newest. Recommended posts will display five to ten recommended posts before displaying the newest ones.

• There will be a feed in the homepage when users login. The feed will display personalized posts, events, groups, and likes of friends.
