I am Furkan. I am contributing Group 8 during this semester, on the project "Web Aggregator".

Responsibilites

Initially i had personal assignments of creating a Personal Wiki and Repository Research. At our first meeting i was assigned as Group Communicator to communicate with TA/Lecturer whenever needed. As everyone in the group i had responsibility of attending to all weekly scheduled meetings and unscheduled meetings whenever we thought we needed an extra meeting. At each step we tried to share tasks equally but of course i focused more on some tasks than other tasks. I mainly focused on mockups and use case diagrams. Other than that i have participated to creation process of sequence diagrams and milestone report(communication plan and evaluation of tools to be specific). I spent little time on class diagrams.

Main Contributions

• Third Meeting Notes: Notes of third weekly meeting.
• Creating Mockups for Mobile and Web & Mock-up revision & Add Pages for Edit Interest Area:
  My work includes 'Edit Post, Create Post, Post, Post(Guest), Edit IA, IA(Guest)' for both Mobile and Web, i also used 'Section' feature of Figma to group those.
• Formalize System Requirements & Update Requirements:
  I worked on initial listing of requirements on a google doc and after that i worked on formalizing and updating requirements for missing parts.
• Use Case Diagram: Worked on use cases with team in f2f.
• Sequence Diagram: Worked on sequence diagrams with team in f2f.
• Milestone Report - Evaluation of Tools and Processes & Milestone Report - Communication plan
• Add Communication Plan to Wiki
• Add RAM and Project Plan to Sidebar

Management Related Significant Issues

As communicator i tried to find the best time to arrange meetings with TA since we never could find a time interval where each member of group could attend a meeting. I also took a role in distribution of roles in project milestone and involved in issues whenever needed
