Responsibilities

My responsibilities were:

• Implementing the design changes to the mobile project.
• Implementing some of the functionalities to the mobile project.
• Revising the assets in the front-end projects and update them by re-organizing the asset files.
• Revising the pages that are implemented poorly.
• Task management of the mobile project.
• Reviewing pull requests mainly done by the mobile team and other teams when needed

Main Contributions

While ending the term with our final milestone, I took action on implementing the design changes to our project mainly. With some help of my teammate Ömer, we entirely implemented the designs and functionalities to mobile project as our final step of development. This implementations includes making service connections, organizing files and code, making views match the designs, debugging of the application generally and revising everything if needed. Moreover, I continued adding new assets that appeared to be needed to the mobile project. The design changes was implemented just as they are designed, the mock-up updates made the project way better.

Every week, I contributed on weekly reports by adding tables to Notion and weekly task distribution for Mobile team. I tried to be online usually for pull requests from every team, especially Mobile team which I am included.

Additional Information

Additionally, as always the work-load is poorly distributed among us because some of us takes this course seriously and some of us do not. We cannot make our teammates more responsible or do their tasks better as we all are students in the same authority level. We also cannot say "If they don't, we shouldn't either" as we want our product to be something respectable and relatively good. For the teammates who are taking extra responsibility for the projects, it is a really time-consuming and tense course to attend.
