I am Sude. I am contributing Group 8 during this semester, on the project "Web Aggregator".

Responsibilites

I had personal assignments such as research and my personal wiki page. As a group, since the beginnig we divided tasks into parts to ensure everyone contributes. So, no one had a main responsibility but the tasks I made biggest contribution are mock-up pages and use case diagrams. I determined pages we need to do mock-ups for and with 2 of my team mates, Begüm and Bahadır, drew mock-up drafts. Asigned everyone in mock up team to create pages and created the first 2 pages on Figma for everyone to be able to follow the same design in their mock up pages. I also worked on use case diagrams with my 5 team mates in an in-person meeting. 6 of us all worked collaboratively on use case diagrams.

Main Contributions

• Creating Mockups for Mobile and Web: Created my part of the web and mobile mock ups and made the assignment of the remaining pages.

• Sequence Diagram: Created sequence diagrams with other teammates on an in-person meeting.

• Use Case Diagram: Created use case diagrams with other teammates on an in-person meeting.

• Milestone Report - Evaluation of the Deliverables - Software design documents in UML: Use Case: Added an evaluation text for Use Cases of the project.

• Meeting 8 Notes: Took notes about our 8th meeting.

• Creating a template for the about me page: Created a template for our "about me" pages.

• Research: Researched a repo.

Management Related Significant Issues

While we were working on creating mock up pages, I listed needed pages and assigned our members to creating pages in a fair manner and gave feedback to their work until we finalized our mock ups. I also joined all of our meetings, online and in-person. Since we don't have a leader in our group, like our other members, I also helped moderating our meetings and arranging work assignments. I also helped finding an environment that we can work on collaboratively while doing use-case diagrams.
