- Addresses Translation for other languages optimizations #1686
- Docs for next/prev now go to translated doc if on one currently
- Docs for main menus now go to translated doc if on one currently
- Docs for 'edit doc now go to correct GitHub link. Also made this target='_blank' to open in new tab
- Docs for api table of contents now go to translated doc if on one currently
