Dev Ops: Big Fix (VA Scan) Findings Access

  1. Review the BigFix & Enterprise Visibility (EV) Dashboard Drill-Down Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and complete the Access Request form at the end of the document (Appendix A)

  2. Read and digitally sign the BigFix Code of Conduct | Web Reports, BigFix Compliance, BigFix Inventory, and EV Dashboard form (Appendix B).

  3. Save the completed, signed form and send it to your immediate job manager (Blake) for approval.

  4. Create and fill out an Application Access request. For detailed instructions, refer to KB0021534.

  5. In the Brief Description field, enter:

  7. Click the Attachment icon (paperclip) to attach your completed, approved BigFix Access Request form AND a screen shot of the page that says "your account does not have permission to view data at the individual compute level"

  8. Click Order Now.

When filling out the Application Access request, when you get to "Please describe the specific access level, privileges, and if this is a new or existing user" kindly put this in "This new user needs Read privileges"

"Route to OIS EV SUPPORT GROUP" this will enable whoever picks up your ticket to route to the OIS EV SUPPORT GROUP as you have indicated.
