Follow up to #2244 to enable the
minimal_cohort_members_propertiesfunctionality. All existing tasks that havecohort_membersenabled have been updated with the appropriateminimal_cohort_members_propertiesconfig value, so it's safe to turn on the associated functionality.Workflow steps:
