Expanded reset logic for Simulator (#2451)
* refactor to add expanded reset logic for Simulator including: reset object states, set light setup default key to scene's light key * update the internal reset logic to add zero init for positions and velocities when no scene_instance init was provided. Also update unit test. * refactor C++ tests leveraging reset for time resets only.
