I need to merge this one (currently, only Sara has reviewed it) because it changes the specifications permalinks that blocks other pieces of work I need to do for today's release. I think we had a full agreement on the call that the specs should go under the
Also, I removed all the duplicated articles like Guides Overview/etc that has been requested on the call. We can move around the rest in the follow-up pull request. |

Looks good, @roll! Only thought would be to move the "documentation"
section to a higher position (e.g. below standards).
