2024 Mappyfile Roadmap

Roadmap for 2024

• Add tutorial materials for a 2024 MapServer Workshop
• Create a proposal for a lightning talk at FOSS4G Europe 2024.
• Create a quickstart page for OSGeoLive

OSGeo Budget Request

In 2023 mappyfile became an OSGeo Community Project. Community projects have an approved budget of $300 USD (see this wiki page). In 2024 a budget request will be made to the OSGeo board for the following items:

• Resolve the following issue https://github.com/geographika/mappyfile/issues/199
• The creation of a new logo for the project would be welcomed.
