- Add tutorial materials for a MapServer Workshop
- Create a quickstart page for OSGeoLive
- Create a QGIS plugin to export QGIS projects to Mapfiles
In 2023 mappyfile became an OSGeo Community Project. Community projects have an approved budget of $300 USD (see this wiki page). In 2025 a budget request will be made to the OSGeo board for the following items:
- Resolve the following issue https://github.com/geographika/mappyfile/issues/199
- Create a quickstart page for OSGeoLive
