GitHub actions yielded the following error. The command that failed is the GraphQL call to get the committers details. This is likely a linting or type-checking issue with the source code. Update the code and avoid modifying the existing tests. I'm getting the same errors 3 times in a row, so I will stop working on fixing this PR. |

Description
This PR aims to optimize the README.md file to make it look more professional and polished. The entire README.md file has been reviewed and edited to improve its readability, correct any grammatical errors, and enhance the overall structure and flow of the document.
Additionally, a Chinese translation of the README.md file has been created. The entire README.md file has been accurately translated into Chinese and saved as README_zh-CN.md. This translation will cater to Chinese-speaking contributors and ensure that they have access to the same information as the original document.
