* 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
* 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
* 1/2 cup crushed pecans
* 1/4 cup shredded coconut
