## Introduction

## Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked sorghum grains
- 1/2 cup cooked black-eyed peas
- 1 small sweet potato, diced and roasted
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A squeeze of fresh lemon juice

## Instructions

1. Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

3. Add roasted sweet potato, cooked sorghum, and black-eyed peas to the pan.
