A _true_ fix for Vega Frontier GFXCLK record (#31)

It turned out that the previous fix was incomplete.

The ATOM_Vega10_GFXCLK_Dependency_Table record structure depends on
table revision, and structure for table revision 0 and >0 are
completely different.
