1. Geolocation: Fetch coordinates for specified areas using the Nominatim geocoder.
2. Interactive Maps: Generate and save interactive maps with marked locations.
3. Tree Capacity and Oxygen Output: Estimate how many trees can be planted and their expected oxygen output.
4. Carbon Offset Calculation: Assess the total carbon offset based on the number of trees planted.
5. Planting Recommendations: Suggest suitable tree species for planting based on local climate.
