I must say I am not a big fan of the addition.
Why in this group and not everywhere ?
By default, and by design, the work done in the ET/TT/SG/AG... is here first and foremost to support user needs.
It is also the function of the approval process when changes are proposed that they address user needs.

I tend to agree with Rémy, but I can live with this. Our ToRs are anyway a bit funky in terms of almost a co-governance by TT-WOT without reciprocity AFAIK.
