v3.next pull steps

If you're testing the v3 branch, pulling subsequent versions and upgrading is easy:

cd ~/moab
git fetch
git checkout v3.0.19          # or equivalent tag
sudo os/setup
sudo reboot 0

# after reboot
diagnose
status 

# turn off auto-pilot and run menu from command line
# p is alias for python3
sudo systemctl stop menu
cd moab/sw
p menu.py
