This builds in docker at least, but the include in Sdtrig.adoc will fail outside of it.

I'm not a fan of how the Makefile copies generated files into the build directory. I'm concerned this might break when the generated file is not a dependency of the rule that uses the WORKDIR_SETUP macro.
But it works, and generates a doc that at a glance includes Sdtrig and looks OK.
