Getting Started with ArduPilot

This is an introduction to building your own plane or quadcopter using the ArduPilot system. It's designed to get you up and going quickly on a typical setup. As such, it doesn't cover every possible hardware and combination. That level of detail will be in the ArduPilot Mega and ArduCopter manuals.

  • This is a Work in Progress. Feel free to comment on any aspect of this guide.
  • Read all of the manual. There's a lot of information that you will need to know.
